Dear SBSA Learners

We know things have been hard lately. Classes are now virtual; you cannot come on campus, nor meet up with your friends. Hardly anything is the same as it was when we ended academic year 2020 and right now no one is certain how things will turn out.

But this uncertainty is part of life and you WILL get through it. It will make you wiser, stronger, and more resilient. You have excellent lecturers who care about you and will assist you.  You will make it through this difficult time.

This pandemic has caused anxieties, fears, and uncertainties. But you are capable, strong, and resilient. You may not be able to control the situation, but you can control yourselves: your thoughts, actions, and choices. You can rise above these challenging times and continue to excel.

Whatever you do, don’t be discouraged. Be mindful of what is still within your power to do and do it.  Keep moving, keep being productive, ask for help when you need it.

We will not allow SBSA to succumb to this COVID-19 pandemic. Learning continues. Teaching continues. Support Service continues. Our operations continue for Learning knows no boundaries. Together, as the SBSA family, we shall all prevail, we shall compose ourselves as mature, responsible, self-disciplined, and professional individuals minding our health and safety, as well as our academic responsibilities in achieving our full potentials.
