SBSA proudly celebrated the achievements of 170 graduates at its annual Graduation Ceremony, on Friday 20 March 2026 at 2:00pm at ICCS.
This milestone event recognises the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of learners who have successfully completed a range of full‑time and part‑time programmes offered by the Academy.
Full-Time Programme Graduates
A total of 122 graduates have completed their studies across SBSA’s four full-time programmes:

Part-Time and Professional Qualification Graduates
Beyond the full-time programmes, a significant number of graduates enhanced their qualifications through SBSA’s flexible study pathways:

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Achievements
SBSA also celebrates 21 graduates who have been awarded Diplomas through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) framework. This important initiative acknowledges individuals’ existing skills and experience, providing them with formal qualifications that reflect their professional competencies.
The 2026 Graduation Ceremony marks another significant chapter in SBSA’s ongoing commitment to developing business talent for Seychelles. The Academy congratulates all 170 graduates and extends its best wishes as they embark on the next chapter of their academic or professional journey.
Awards
As is customary each year, during the ceremony, various graduates were awarded for their outstanding performances among which was the coveted President’s Cup, presented by the Vice-President, Mr Sebastien Pillay, to the loud applause of other graduates as Curtis Cedras, a graduate from the Diploma in Business Management and Administration, was called onstage to receive the award.
Other awards included the Medal of Academic Excellence awarded to Kimberly Pillay, who was the recipient of a double award including the Most Outstanding performer for the Diploma in Accounting and Finance. Other Most Outstanding award recipients were Jade Bibi (Diploma in Business Management and Administration), Chaira Brioche (Diploma in Human Resource Management), Hendricka Saffrance (Certificate in Administrative Skills), Tina Clothilde (Certificate in Business Administration), Wendy Maria (AAT Level 2), Medlynn Quilindo (AAT Level 3) , and Venicia Labonte (AAT Level 4).
Zella Volcere, a graduate from the Diploma in Business Management and Administration, was awarded the Governing Board Award for being a strong ambassador to the academy, while Ilkah Nourrice, another double award recipient, was recognised as the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Most Outstanding performer and Best Effort Award for the Diploma in Accounting and Finance. Other Best Effort Awards went to Ella Isnard (Certificate in Administrative Skills), Emily Adolphe Bibi (Diploma in Business Management and Administration) and Leandro Accouche (Diploma in Human Resource Management). Leandro, another double award recipient, was also recognised as the Most Resilient Learner of her group alongside Lyse Victor (Diploma in Accounting and Finance), Ashley Morgan, (Diploma in Business Management and Administration) and Sania Brutus (Certificate in Administrative Skills).
All award recipients received prizes from different partner sponsors and SBSA would like to take this opportunity to thank all the sponsors who certainly helped to make graduation for cohort 2023-2025 a memorable event.
