Diploma in Human Resource Management and Administration

The Diploma in Human Resource Management is a comprehensive three-year programme designed to equip learners with the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required to thrive in the modern HR environment.

Targeted at S5 school leavers and individuals with no prior work experience in HR, the programme provides a progressive learning pathway; from foundational office and HR support skills to advanced HR strategies, compliance, performance management, and global HR practices. Learners will develop capabilities in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, communication, training, legal compliance, diversity and inclusion, and HR technologies.

The curriculum integrates classroom-based learning, simulations, industry-relevant projects, and work-based experience (WBE), ensuring learners are both academically prepared and workplaceready. Graduates of this diploma will be qualified for a range of HR support and officer-level roles or may continue to higher education in HR or related fields.
